Neural Concept Lausanne is seeking a Product Manager for Vertical Solutions to own end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to shipping AI-powered workflows that combine design, simulation, and data science/ML. You’ll partner with top customers to translate real-world engineering problems into a strategic roadmap.

You’ll work hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and collaborate with engineers (CAD/CAE/ML) to move from concept to working prototype fast. Hybrid work model with 40% remote.

Qualifikationen

• Proven product management experience from discovery to launch in an enterprise or technical B2B context.
• Hands-on with AI-based development tools and scripting (Python) to prototype ideas.
• Experience with engineering software and CAD/CAE workflows.
• Strong customer empathy and ability to translate insights into a product narrative.
• Experience across cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, customer-facing).

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap for your vertical solution from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Run customer discovery interviews and translate insights into strategy and backlog.
• Define and prioritize requirements, specs, and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Prototype using AI tools and scripting to de-risk ideas and show working solutions.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to take solutions from prototype to production.
