Neural Concept is seeking an AI Workflows Engineer to own the design and delivery of AI-powered, Python-first engineering solutions for a specific industry application. You will collaborate with the Vertical Solutions Product Manager and key customers to define the roadmap and build workflows that integrate design, simulation, and machine learning, shortening product cycles and increasing impact.

• Strong Python software practices: packaging, testing, CI, docs, and git.

• Lead design and delivery of AI-powered engineering workflows for industry apps.
• Primary Python developer: define interfaces with CAD/CAE, manage coding, testing, CI, packaging, releases.
• Create reusable components for the Neural Concept platform.
• Create templates, presets, and best practices from active projects.
• Engage reference customers to gather feedback and drive adoption.
• Help define docs, playbooks, and hands-on training.
