Jobbeschreibung

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for EMEA and global users on Oracle Financial Modules and other financial systems
• Coordinate with global teams to resolve EMEA and APAC-specific issues
• Respond to EMEA and APAC user inquiries and incidents in a timely manner
• Lead discovery workshops with Finance leaders and subject matter experts
• Translate business processes into Oracle ERP Finance solution designs
• Perform fit-gap analysis, recommend process redesigns, and document target states
• Create BRDs/FRDs, process flows, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and training materials
• Provide functional design and configuration guidance across Oracle Finance modules
• Advise on accounting structures, including charts of accounts, ledgers, legal entities, business units, balancing segments, intercompany rules, accounting calendars, and subledger accounting rules
• Guide the end-to-end lifecycle from design through configuration, testing, training, cutover support, and stabilization
• Partner with technical and integration teams to define functional requirements for integrations and reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize Finance operations across EMEA
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Manage and coordinate small-scale projects related to EMEA supply chain operations

Requirements

• Strong IT and Finance background
• Bachelor's degree with progressive experience providing IT solutions in Finance & Accounting
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and standards, including GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with Oracle ERP Financial systems
• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Hyperion or OneStream
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools, such as OBIEE or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams
• Ability to understand business requirements and global regulations and deliver effective solutions
• Certifications in finance, accounting, or project management are preferred
• Experience with global financial operations and consolidations is preferred
• SQL technical skills are highly desired
• Current eligibility to work in the country of application
