Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Zürich seeks an experienced lead for the SAP Group Reporting program. You will design and deploy the reporting architecture, build data views, and translate business needs into dashboards and models.

Responsibilities include driving Fiori/Embedded Analytics, coordinating cross-functional data flows, and leading workshops with Group Finance. You will own milestones, manage risks, and ensure a smooth cutover to BAU with training and support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Finance or Finance/IT.
• Practical experience with SAP Embedded Analytics, including CDS views and Fiori reporting.
• Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms such as SAP Business Data Cloud and Databricks or similar.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting or comparable SAP consolidation/reporting tools, such as S/4HANA Finance, BPC or BW/4HANA.
• Strong experience in Group Reporting/consolidation and financial close processes.
• Proven track record leading a workstream or project in a finance/IT transformation program.
• Experience planning, tracking and delivering milestones and managing risks and dependencies.
• Exposure to change management and handover to BAU, including training, manuals and support processes.

Aufgaben

• Define the target reporting architecture for SAP Group Reporting.
• Design data views, virtual data models, semantic layers, analytical views and reports.
• Translate business requirements into reports, dashboards and analytical models.
• Drive SAP Fiori/Embedded Analytics reports, SAP BDC self-service analytics, and Databricks models.
• Coordinate data flows between SAP Group Reporting, SAP BDC and Databricks with IT and data teams.
• Run workshops with finance stakeholders to capture and prioritize reporting needs.
• Own the workstream plan, milestones, dependencies and risks, and report status to management.
• Coordinate design, build, SIT/UAT and deployment activities.
• Prepare cutover and handover to BAU, including documentation and training.
• Define test strategy, test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate test execution and defect management before go-live.

Requirements

• Practical experience with SAP Embedded Analytics, including CDS views and Fiori reporting
• Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms such as SAP Business Data Cloud and Databricks or similar
• Hands-on experience with SAP Group Reporting or comparable SAP consolidation/reporting tools, such as S/4HANA Finance, BPC or BW/4HANA
• Strong experience in Group Reporting/consolidation and financial close processes
• Bachelor or Master in Finance or Finance/IT
• Proven track record leading a workstream or project in a finance/IT transformation program

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience working in complex, global programs, preferably in insurance or financial services
