Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions in an international insurtech setting. You will define requirements, model processes with BPMN, and support end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through acceptance, across insurers, manufacturers, and fleet operators.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Business Analyst or similar at business-IT intersection.
• Experience in motor claims/insurance operations workflows.
• Proficient in BPMN, documentation, and traceability.
• Facilitate discovery workshops; create epics and user stories.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for requirements work.
• Strong German and English communication skills.
• Willing to attend on-site sessions in Stuttgart for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements analysis workshops with customers and business units.
• Define solutions, scope, and evaluate options by business value and feasibility.
• Model processes and document requirements across Confluence and Jira.
• Specify integration needs and business-level API requirements.
• Ensure requirements quality, traceability, and readiness for development.
• Support testing, UAT, and stakeholder acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize by business value and dependencies.
• Guide implementation from a business perspective and manage changes.
• Coordinate stakeholders and communicate in German and English.
