Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Stuttgart, Germany, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions in an insurtech setting. You will drive discovery, define requirements, and guide agile delivery across international teams. On-site presence is required during onboarding, with remote flexibility thereafter.

You will model processes, define integration needs, and ensure traceability and acceptance through testing and UAT, enabling measurable business value.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience as BA, Requirements Engineer, PO, or similar.
• Experience in motor claims/insurance workflows is preferred.
• Proven elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and traceability skills.
• Proficient in BPMN modeling and creating clear requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable specs and manage stakeholder alignment.
• Fluent German and English with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to attend on-site sessions in Stuttgart for onboarding and periodic visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and consolidate requirements with transparency on assumptions and risks.
• Define solution concepts, scope, and assess options based on value, effort, and feasibility.
• Model processes with BPMN and document Epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and data objects.
• Specify business integration needs and interface requirements for platform integration.
• Ensure requirements quality, traceability, and alignment with the Definition of Ready.
• Support testing, UAT, and stakeholder acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize requirements by value and dependencies.
• Guide implementation from a business perspective and manage change requests.
