Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a capable EAM Business Analyst / Tester for a remote contract role in Europe. The specialist will bridge business requirements with technical delivery in an EAM program, focusing on work order management, inventory, purchasing, and asset lifecycle processes within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, crafting tests, executing functional/integration/UA testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or BA/Tester in software projects.
• Strong understanding of MRO processes in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience with EAM or CMMS platforms.
• Proven ability to elicit and document requirements clearly.
• Experience designing, writing, and executing test cases.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for work order management, inventory, purchasing, and asset lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for EAM and integrations.
• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios based on requirements and processes.
• Perform functional, integration, and UAT testing and report defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and testing teams to resolve ambiguities and verify fixes.
• Validate data flows and system integrations against operational needs.
• Prepare documentation and training materials for system adoption.
• Support users during testing and implementation.
