As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of projects focusing on process optimization, quality improvements, and digitalization related to our core banking application Finnova and various auxiliary systems.
• Analyze and develop solution concepts.
• Serve as a point of contact for business units, external partners, and suppliers.
• Engage with diverse banking topics.
• Assist the business in analyzing and specifying changes, helping us maintain our complex IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Relevant professional experience in the financial sector and with Finnova.
• Enjoy engaging with stakeholders across departments, IT, and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach.
