Jobbeschreibung

On our projects from requirement specification until continuous improvement, together with relevant stakeholders (suppliers, engineers and user), your main responsibilities are :

• Project process lead from design until project handover to the client on your area including C&Q
• Project management support : from proposal (scope definitions, cost calculations, staffing), project execution (reporting) until project handover to the client
• Contribute to Standards and Guidelines development on your area

Your profile :

You have a life science, engineering or biotech graduation and have a solid knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards with at least 5 years of relevant job experience.

You have worked on pharmaceutical projects within the area of biopharmaceutical process (USP / DSP or support area) with disposable knowledge. You have work experience either within a pharmaceutical or biotech company’s technical organisation, a supplier company or an engineering / consulting company.

You speak French and English fluently. German language will be a benefit.

Personally, you are characterised by fast learning, high operational readiness and resilience as well as flexibility.

You enjoy achieving your success within a team and have the necessary assertiveness and communication skills. Even in hectic situations you keep the focus on the essentials.

You have excellent customer understanding, and the ability to inspire and demonstrate leadership in customer relations. Furthermore you have a personal drive and are passionate about your work.
