Zusammenfassung

RIDGELINE Discovery GmbH is seeking a Bioanalytical Scientist / Research Associate to develop and validate immunoassays for large molecule therapeutics. You will work hands-on in the lab and coordinate with CROs, ensuring robust PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker analyses for preclinical and clinical studies.

The ideal candidate has a MSc/PhD in a related field with 3+ years (or 5+ years as Scientist) of bioanalysis experience, strong data interpretation skills, and familiarity with GxP

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Immunology, or a related field with relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years (Research Associate) or 5+ years (Scientist) of bioanalysis experience for large molecule therapeutics.
• Hands-on experience developing, qualifying, validating, and troubleshooting immunoassays.
• Experience supporting PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker bioanalysis programs.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, optimize, qualify, and validate bioanalytical methods for large molecule therapeutics.
• Establish and perform immunoassays including LBAs (ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab).
• Lead assay troubleshooting and root-cause investigations with corrective actions.
• Generate robust data to support PK, ADA/NAb, and biomarker assessments.
• Coordinate CRO activities, review protocols and data packages, ensure timelines and compliance.
