Ridgeline Discovery in Basel, Switzerland, seeks a Bioanalytical Scientist / Research Associate to design, develop, and validate bioanalytical methods for large molecule therapeutics, and to lead immunoassay platforms (ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab) for preclinical and clinical studies.

You will manage CRO partnerships, coordinate assay transfers, and provide scientific oversight across programs, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in a relevant field with industry experience.
• 3+ years (Research Associate) or 5+ years (Scientist) in bioanalysis of large molecules.
• Hands-on immunoassay development, qualification, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker bioanalysis.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, optimize, qualify, and validate bioanalytical methods for large molecule therapeutics.
• Establish and perform immunoassays (ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab) for preclinical and clinical studies.
• Lead assay troubleshooting and root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate outsourcing with CROs and oversee transfers, validation, and sample analysis.
