This hybrid role requires a strategic, trusted advisor able to engage with top CPG brands and retailers.

You will build partnerships, manage a multi-year opportunity pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 9+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales in labels or packaging.
• Proven track record with leading CPG brands and European retailers.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprises and complex deals.

• Develop and secure enterprise-level partnerships for Avery Dennison labeling and packaging solutions.
• Lead pipeline and manage opportunities in SFDC from exploration to close.
• Identify unmet needs and advise on product development and market positioning.
• Collaborate with sales teams to transfer opportunities to converters for fulfillment.
