Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a Senior Project Manager Production & Installation (PRIN) to lead complex aircraft completions, refurbishment, and related research projects. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team and ensure on-time, on-budget execution in a dynamic aviation environment.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, knowledge of EASA/FAA regulations, and fluent English; German or French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA and/or FAA).
• Fluent in English (German and/or French is an advantage).
• Proven expertise in managing complex production and installation projects in the aviation industry.
• Ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling high-profile projects while managing risks, costs, and schedules effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for working in an international setting.

Aufgaben

• Own the PRIN project scope: Coordinate all related PRIN activities, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Manage additional work requests: Assess technical, financial, and scheduling impacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Improve communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
• Serve as primary liaison for the internal Project Manager: Oversee PRIN communications and interfaces with management and central functions.
• Optimize workflow, efficiency, and risk management across projects.
• Organize and lead project meetings: Ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
• Manage subcontracting efforts: Oversee external work to maintain quality and efficiency.
