Jet Aviation Basel is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Completions Basel to support the Program Director in executing highly customized VIP aircraft completion projects. You will drive scope, schedule, and risk tracking, contribute to continuous improvement of PM tools and processes, and help ensure timely

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, project management, engineering management, or related field.
• Practical experience in aerospace or project management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• English communication skills; German/French are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the Program Director in delivering VIP aircraft completion projects and sub‑projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across Engineering, SCM, Production, Design, Sales, and PMO.
• Monitor progress, follow up on items, prepare reports, and track schedules, risks, and priorities.
• Assist in change and risk management, evaluate change requests, and monitor issues.
• Lead internal project meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow‑through on actions.
• Contribute to development and rollout of new tools, standards, and process improvements.
