Zusammenfassung

OnTarget Communications in Basel seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Project Engineer to lead and coordinate maintenance projects ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. You will act as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities include planning manpower, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with production, planning, logistics, and subcontractors.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated leadership in an MRO environment is required.
• Experience managing aerospace maintenance projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across departments.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage assigned maintenance projects to meet operational, schedule, quality, and financial targets.
• Serve as main contact for customers and internal stakeholders before, during, and after projects.
• Plan and coordinate all project phases including manpower, scheduling, tooling, materials, and logistics.
• Prepare and communicate project schedules, milestones, and critical paths using Gantt charts.
• Coordinate activities across production, planning, purchasing, logistics, engineering, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with Part 145, Part 21, MOE, DO-Handbook, and airworthiness regulations.
