Qualifikationen
- Engineering degree in Automation, Electrical, Bio or Chemical processing.
- 7+ years total experience in automation engineering.
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
- Hands-on with automation systems; DCS/PCS and PLC.
- Knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
- Biotech Process, Utilities and HVAC knowledge.
- Fluent in French and English.
Aufgaben
- Lead operations-related activities with automation, manufacturing, process engineering and IT stakeholders.
- Manage risk analysis related to automation systems.
- Act as system owner ensuring compliant state of site automation systems.
- Maintain and improve Building management, Process and Utilities automation.
- Supervise contractors, vendors or internal resources.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for automation systems.
- Collaborate with Production to minimize interruptions.
- Participate in On-Call service (7 days/month).
- Lead projects from requirements to completion; manage schedules and stakeholders.
