Schellenberg Wittmer's Real Estate & Construction Law Group seeks a Swiss-qualified lawyer to strengthen the team across Switzerland. The role includes advising on non-contentious matters, performing due diligence, and drafting and negotiating real estate contracts, including infrastructure and construction projects.

We value excellence, teamwork, client contact, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Fluency in English and French, and good German, along with excellent academic qualifications

We are currently looking for a lawyer to strengthen our team in the field of:

Real Estate & Construction Law

• Schellenberg Wittmer’s Real Estate & Construction Law Group has top-tier expertise in real estate & construction matters covering all Switzerland
• Our Real Estate & Construction lawyers act as counsel in non-contentious matters, as well as in due diligence reviews and in drafting, negotiating, implementing and enforcing all types of real estate contracts. They have strong expertise in all sectors of the construction industry, including infrastructure, (renewable) energy and real estate
• Our team also act as counsel in disputes involving parties from around the world in a variety of matters related to mid-scale to major international infrastructure, construction and engineering projects or post-closure disputes
• We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
• You are a Swiss-qualified lawyer
• You have a specific interest in practicing Real Estate & Construction law
• You are fluent in English and in French and have a good understanding of German
• You have excellent academic qualifications and references
• And demonstrate the following personal skills:
