Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant – ASO – maternity cover based in Switzerland. You will lead ASO and CRO strategies for global apps, blending experimentation, analytics, and user insights to improve app discoverability and conversion rates across markets and languages.

In a multidisciplinary marketing team, you will mentor Growth Managers, influence mobile growth practices, and deliver data-driven client solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of ASO or related disciplines.
• Strong ASO and mobile marketing knowledge.
• Proven strategic capabilities in experimentation and analysis.
• Data-driven problem solving with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Agency/consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with A/B testing platforms.
• Collaborative in multidisciplinary, international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASO and CRO strategies for global clients.
• Advise on planning, priorities and roadmaps for app store performance.
• Design experiments to improve campaigns and conversions.
• Lead keyword optimization across markets.
• Develop and oversee creative testing for app store assets.
• Apply user insights and data analysis to growth strategies.
• Mentor Growth Managers.
• Contribute to mobile marketing best practices.
• Ensure high-quality consulting deliverables.
• Monitor industry trends and tools.
