At Bühler, we have Service Business as a strategic development target. We are looking for a Solutions Architect to be hands-on in designing and delivering creative solutions across multiple capabilities of the Service business.

This is where you'll excel

• You are responsible for delivering high-quality solution designs for the Epics you are working on.
• You will elaborate on solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specifications.
• You will coordinate developments provided by internal and external partners, including conducting quality checks and testing.
• You will on one's own customize SAP ERP CS/SD.
• You will create technical documentation of system setups.
• You will support global implementation projects of process and system standards, including conducting user trainings.
• You will provide third-level system support for global users, including quality management.

These are the skills you'll need

• You hold a bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, software development, engineering, business administration, or a similar field.
• You have experience in solution architecture and expertise in creating architecture deliverables for both waterfall and Agile projects.
• You have over 5 years of working experience, with more than 3 years in a similar position.
• You have experience in SAP ERP SD and advanced knowledge in SAP Customer Service Management.
• You possess debugging and programming skills in the SAP environment.
• You are fluent in English (business level).
