You will shape strategy and architecture, drive adoption, and collaborate with engineering leads to deliver reliable, scalable API solutions in a distributed, asynchronous environment.

You will partner with payroll, tax, and operations teams, prototype with hands-on experimentation, and influence technical direction while ensuring a strong developer experience

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing product roadmaps for API-first platforms.
• Strong technical depth to engage with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.
• Hands-on prototyping using AI-native development tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver API contracts, versioning and developer experience.

• Own API-focused product area end to end including strategy, roadmap and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads and Staff Engineers on architecture and direction.
• Prototype and validate ideas with hands-on experiments and demos.
• Define API contracts, versioning, backward compatibility and developer experience.
• Monitor adoption and impact post-launch and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
