Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Designer (m/w/d) based in Switzerland to shape the experience of a proprietary B2B web application used in an industrial environment. You will own design end-to-end, from research to prototyping and implementation.

Working with Product Management and Engineering, you will turn complex workflows into intuitive digital experiences, contribute to design systems, and apply AI throughout the design process.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience designing digital products with a portfolio showing complex, workflow-oriented software.
• Strong experience in B2B products or similar complex domains focusing on usability.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and strong English for internal collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and extending design systems.
• Proven ability to conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Experience with product management and engineering across the full product lifecycle.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy, curiosity, creativity.
• Self-directed yet collaborative, ready to challenge assumptions.
• Practical experience using AI within the design workflow.
• Experience in manufacturing, procurement, logistics or industrial domains is a plus.
• Experience in international, cross-functional product teams is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end UI/UX design for complex, workflow-driven digital products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and translate findings into design decisions.
• Create wireframes, flows, visuals, mockups and prototypes across fidelity levels.
• Validate solutions through research and feedback rather than intuition.
• Iterate on existing product experiences to reduce friction and improve usability.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
• Own design direction within your product domain and drive meaningful UX improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with Product and Engineering for informed decision-making.
• Document work and embed outcomes into the design system.
