Guess Europe Sagl in Ticino is seeking a Global Sales Analysis Manager to lead global demand planning, commercial forecasting and sales analytics across all distribution channels. You will partner with Commercial, Planning Operations, Merchandising, Finance and Digital teams to translate market signals into accurate forecasts and optimized inventory decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical acumen and fluency in English, with a cross-functional, globally distributed team

Qualifikationen

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar role with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organization and deadline-driven in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient in MS-Office and BI tools like MicroStrategy.

Aufgaben

• Lead global demand planning and commercial forecasting across all channels.
• Provide global sales performance analysis and actionable insights.
• Interface between Commercial teams and Global Planning Operations.
• Lead governance and adoption of Centric Planning and related tools.
• Oversee customer segmentation, market intelligence and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital teams.
