Zusammenfassung

onsemi in Switzerland seeks a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to develop IP for Automotive, Industrial, and Medical products. You will design, verify, and layout analog/mixed-signal blocks and drive sub-projects toward robust production.

You will collaborate across teams, lead small groups, and contribute to SoC integration while applying DFT strategies and safety features. Proficiency in English and eligibility to work in Switzerland are required.

Qualifikationen

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years in analog IC design (schematic, layout, simulation)
• Deep understanding of semiconductor physics and IC processes
• Exposure to analog design in deep-submicron processes (65nm or below)
• Excellent English written and verbal communication
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland

Aufgaben

• Define architectures and feasibility studies for new analog/mixed-signal IP components
• Drive design, verification, layout, and bench evaluation of CMOS and SOI designs
• Lead small sub-teams and contribute to SoC integration
• Propose innovative solutions to meet customer and product needs
• Collaborate on DFT strategies and document designs thoroughly
• Partner with test, product, and applications engineering for production release
• Document designs including architecture, circuit descriptions, testing procedures, and safety mechanisms
