Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience, at least 6 years in Swiss health insurance.
• Deep understanding of KVG vs. VVG, claims, underwriting, and legacy systems.
• Commercial awareness and comfort in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client stakeholders through AI and transformation strategy.
• Own complex multi-workstream engagements end-to-end.
• Support pre-sales with credible scoping and estimates.

Skills

Professional experience in Swiss health insurance

Strong network in health insurance ecosystem
