Job summary

Check Point Software in Zürich seeks a seasoned software developer to help secure AI-driven systems and hybrid networks. You will contribute to the Agentic Risk & Posture team, building security for AI agents across platforms and toolchains, and turning posture into risk signals and guardrails.

You will design and implement core features, tackle open-ended problems, scan code for malicious agents, and ship fast while maintaining robust DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production-ready coding across technologies.
• Experience in building up or leading teams while contributing to core tech.
• Familiar with production level Python, or another interesting set of programming languages.
• Strong sense for product/customer needs.
• Enjoy solving a range of algorithmic problems and building scalable software.
• Active open-source contributor and community participant.

Responsibilities

• Solve open-ended problems and build the security solutions of the future
• Design and implement core product features, we try to understand what makes agents risky and how this can be mitigated.
• Find pragmatic solutions to complex algorithmic problems, scanning code and configurations to spot malicious or vulnerable agents, MCP servers and skills.
• Strike a balance between scalable code design and development speed. Shipping fast is key.
• Help maintain DevOps stack to continuously improve our own development practices.
