Job summary

Check Point AI Security in Zürich is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and scale the Red Teaming and Agentic Security product engineering efforts. You will set technical direction, drive delivery, and shape the engineering organization in collaboration with product leadership and the VP R&D.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams in both startup and large corporate environments.
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI and cybersecurity products.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architecture and technical direction for Red Teaming and Agentic Security products.
• Actively shape product strategy and roadmap with a strong engineering perspective.
• Set and hold a high bar for quality and performance, coordinating with product and deployment teams.
• Partner with sales, customer success, and product to define and meet support and SRE SLAs.
