Sealio, a Swiss AI B2B SaaS, seeks an early‑stage engineer to own features from concept to production—web UI, API services, queue workers, and data stores. You’ll build agentic AI workflows, ship end‑to‑end systems, and directly influence product strategy with the CTO.

You’ll partner with founders to scale the platform for enterprise clients. Expect hands‑on work with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, S3, and OpenAI tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS client-facing projects with real paying clients.
• Full‑stack capability across UI, API, and data pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience building agentic AI workflows and embeddings.
• Experience shipping reliable LLM features with guardrails.
• Proficiency with AI developer tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Own end‑to‑end features from concept to production.
• Architect and run multi‑step AI pipelines with evaluation and guardrails.
• Translate customer feedback into engineering priorities and backlog items.
• Harden architecture for tenant isolation, security and scale.
• Help hire engineers and establish coding standards.
