Job summary

This Product Engineer role, based in Switzerland, sits in a small, senior team building foundational technology for the commercial insurance market. You will own features end-to-end from ideation to deployment, with broad autonomy and no traditional PM/QA layer.

You will work across the full stack—from UI and APIs to data models and AI-powered workflows— transforming complex insurance data into intuitive tools used by brokers, lenders, underwriters, and other professionals, while leveraging AI

Qualifications

• At least 2 years building and shipping production web applications.
• Experience with AI development tools and agentic coding workflows.
• Strong full-stack capabilities across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Experience with data-heavy products such as dashboards or pricing tools.
• Clear product instincts with a bias toward delivering value.
• Autonomy and ability to drive work to production in a small team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a senior, empowered environment.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from scope to deployment and iteration.
• Work across UI, APIs, data models, backend services, and infra integrations.
• Translate complex insurance data into intuitive interfaces for professionals.
• Lead a product squad with ownership of a platform area.
• Identify dependencies and proactively address blockers.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and leverage.
• Contribute to model evaluation and production AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product designers and infrastructure teams to deliver production-ready experiences.
