Novelis in Küsnacht, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior Predictive Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) to design and deploy AI-driven predictive maintenance and asset-reliability solutions across our manufacturing sites.

You will build failure prediction models, support MLOps, optimize performance, and collaborate with the Sr. AI Engineer Leader of APM. A Master’s in AI/ML and 5+ years in industry are required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or advanced AI/ML certification.
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or industrial AI delivery.
• Experience with time-series data, sensor data, or equipment telemetry.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks; familiar with IoT/OT data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop AI-driven predictive maintenance and asset-reliability solutions.
• Build and improve failure prediction models, health scoring, remaining-useful-life estimators, and anomaly detection capabilities.
• Support scoping, design, and deployment of industrial AI solutions with proper modelling approaches and deployment patterns.
• Optimize model performance across training, inference, edge compute, and production stability.
• Contribute to MLOps practices including monitoring, drift detection, retraining, documentation, and rollback procedures.
