Job summary

Artefact is a next-generation strategy and data consulting firm. We seek a Senior Consultant to join our Zurich/Lausanne office, bridging strategy with data and AI delivery. You will work with C-level stakeholders, design data-driven solutions, and lead engagements from hypothesis to implementation.

Fluency in German or French and English, 3–5 years of consulting or technical experience, and a strong commercial/technical mindset are essential. Swiss work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years in consulting or technical/date-focused role with client-facing responsibility.
• Familiar with modern data/AI concepts - generative AI, LLMs, retrieval, predictive ML, cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: work with client leadership to address high-stakes questions.
• Structured Problem-Solving: break complex challenges into actionable decisions.
• Solution Design: translate business questions into data/AI platform solutions.
• Project Delivery: support engagements end-to-end from hypothesis to implementation.
• Client Engagement: build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and BU leaders.
• Knowledge & Practice Building: contribute to Zurich office with new offerings and thought leadership.
