Oliver James is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Leader in central Switzerland to take ownership of complex, business-critical client environments. You will lead across multiple Agile teams, coordinating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and senior stakeholders to ensure priorities and delivery stay aligned.

The role requires proven experience leading multiple Agile teams, strong SAFe/Scrum knowledge, and excellent communication in German and English (French a plus).

• Clear, structured and confident communication style.
• Pragmatic, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
• Fluent German and English - mandatory, French is an advantage.

• Lead and coordinate multiple Agile teams and Product Owners
• Own resource and capacity planning across teams
• Maintain a clear overview of delivery, dependencies, risks and priorities
• Support planning across short- and longer-term horizons
• Manage client relationships, escalations and key stakeholders
• Ensure teams remain focused, productive and aligned with business objectives
