• Experience with large multi-country delivery and complex vendor ecosystems.

• Lead large-scale telecom transformation programs from planning to transition.
• Own end-to-end delivery across OSS/BSS, CRM, billing and service assurance.
• Define scope, plans, milestones, risks and governance for programs.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery units.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timelines, quality and commercial targets.
