Job summary

KPMG Switzerland is seeking a Senior Consultant - Assistant Manager in Accounting & Payroll for Lausanne. You will advise national and international clients on financial management and payroll, manage AR/AP/GL through closing, and support payroll for diverse employee groups.

The role requires a commercial or BA in accounting/finance, 3–5 years of Swiss experience, and native French with strong English. Hybrid work and a range of benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with advanced English (C1)
• Commercial diploma or Bachelor in accounting/finance/economics
• Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting is an advantage
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Switzerland with solid accounting experience, payroll is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with new digital tools

Responsibilities

• Support national and international clients on financial management and payroll matters, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage AR, AP and general ledger through closing, prepare financial statements and VAT returns.
• Support payroll activities for local employees, expatriates and foreign officials.
