We are opening our doors to add an equally driven Senior Accountant that can help not only support but also structure certain aspects of our business.

What’s the opportunity?

• Budgeting, target-actual analysis, forecasting, and the development, design, and implementation of systems and controls, financial policies and procedures, and workflows;
• Providing timely and accurate financial statements and control spreadsheets to all departments and staff;
• Working closely with the department heads to develop the annual operating budgets, forecasts, and periodical forecasts;
• Providing accurate and timely statutory Financial statements and Management accounts, including analysis of variances against budget, department heads, and other stakeholders for the review and monitoring of the department’s financial performance;
• Preparing and updating the Cash Flow forecasts and monitoring results;
• International e-Banking processing;
• Bank & Credit Card reconciliations;
• Act as the first point of contact for the external accounting/bookkeeping partner agencies;
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors and assist with audit and year-end process;
• Manage and ensure the integrity of the Month-End & Year-End Management Accounts process with respect to calculating and posting accruals; prepayments, amortization, depreciation, and managing fixed assets register;
• Monthly Balance Sheet and P&L review and reconciliation, ensuring that balances are accurately stated in correct categories, investigate queries, obtain explanations and implement corrective action;
• Managing full Accounts Payable cycle for Serbian, Switzerland, Singapore & Australian entity;
• Managing full Accounts Receivable cycle;
• Travel expense management;
• VAT calculation & reporting (Quarterly for Australia & Singapore);
• InterCo reconciliation;
• Maintenance and further development of SAP Business One;
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of systems to improve financial reporting;
• Assistance in planning and formulation of Future Policies and help in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of existing ones.

What will you need to have?

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience;
• Utilizing ERP systems Experience (Preferably SAP - Intermediate knowledge);
• Cost controlling;
• You went through multiple audit processes and know the drill;
• Project management experience;
• A high degree of autonomy and prioritization skills;
• High level of English proficiency (B2-C1).
