Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager - Financial Services Industry (FSI)

Do you possess the business savvy and technical background to establish Amazon as a key technology partner in the banking and financial services sector? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is leading the next transformation enabled by cloud, data, and AI, and seeks world-class candidates to join our FSI business.

Role Overview

As an Enterprise Account Manager for FSI, your responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to increase adoption and market penetration within large banking accounts, fostering long-term business and marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate has a sales/business development background capable of engaging at all organizational levels, including C-level executives in business and IT. This high-visibility role involves engaging CXOs of banks and leveraging internal resources to drive transformational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer executives at the C-level of Business & IT.
  2. Collaborate with the Channels team to ensure a robust AWS ecosystem supports customer priorities.
  3. Maintain accurate forecasts and business reports.
  4. Create compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  5. Explain (not implement) Cloud Computing and AI solutions in the context of banking challenges.
  6. Present business reviews to senior management.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
