Job Title: Information Security Officer

Our client is a private bank located in Geneva. We are seeking an experienced Information Security Officer to manage and enhance the bank's network security architecture and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Network Security Management: Design, implement, and maintain resilient network architectures. Optimize performance and security by deploying network segmentation, traffic monitoring solutions such as NAC and firewalls, and enforcing least privilege access via Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  2. Security Systems Administration: Manage intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus, and endpoint protection. Monitor security alerts, investigate threats, and implement corrective measures.
  3. Data Protection: Safeguard sensitive information using DLP technologies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. Develop remediation plans to address security weaknesses.
  5. Incident Response and Forensics: Respond to security incidents, conduct forensic analysis, and coordinate response efforts to restore operations.
  6. Documentation and Policy Development: Maintain security documentation, develop security policies, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  7. Security Training: Conduct security awareness training for staff to promote a security-conscious culture.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; Master’s in Information Security preferred.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in network and security management.
  • Technical knowledge of operating systems and security technologies, including Fortinet solutions, Microsoft Security, vulnerabilities detection tools, SIEM, DLP, and networking protocols.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
