FICOBA SA in Geneva is seeking an experienced Securities & Funds Reconciliation Officer to join the Back-Office Operations team on a 12-month temporary assignment with potential extension.

You will reconcile securities and investment funds, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced banking environment. The role requires 2+ years in reconciliation, strong detail orientation, and good English/French language skills.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Securities and/or Funds Reconciliation.
• Good understanding of Back-Office banking activities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Reconciliation of securities and fund positions across various depositaries.
• Manual booking of statements not automatically reconciled, particularly for Hedge Funds.
• Identification, analysis and investigation of reconciliation breaks.
• Monitoring and follow-up of pending securities and fund items.
• Management and follow-up of ongoing reconciliation cases.
• Follow-up with counterparties and depositaries regarding missing statements.
• Contribution to the smooth running of Back-Office operations.
