Fusalp is seeking a Sales Associate for its St. Moritz boutique. Welcome clients, understand needs and recommend products blending style and performance in a fast-paced, premium retail setting.
The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving sales targets, and sharing Fusalp’s heritage. You will participate in clienteling, stock management, and boutique operations during the winter season.
Founded in Annecy in 1952 by two master tailors, Fusalp has spent over 70 years redefining skiwear by combining technical innovation, exceptional craftsmanship and timeless elegance.
Today, Fusalp brings The Art of the Mountain to life across the world's most iconic mountain destinations and international cities. Our collections move seamlessly from the slopes to the city, guided by one conviction: performance and elegance should never be separated.
For the winter season, we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our St. Moritz boutique and contribute to both an exceptional client experience and strong commercial performance.
Welcome and advise local and international clients with warmth, confidence and authenticity.
Understand client needs and recommend products combining style, performance and service.
Contribute actively to sales targets, KPIs, clienteling and repeat business.
Develop strong product knowledge and share Fusalp’s heritage, craftsmanship and technical expertise.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique standards.
Contribute to all daily boutique operations: stock, deliveries, replenishment, inventories and cash handling.
At Fusalp, everyone contributes to the success of the boutique, whatever the task.
St. Moritz welcomes a highly international and demanding clientele. We are therefore looking for someone who genuinely enjoys selling, building relationships and working in a fast-paced premium retail environment.
Winter in St. Moritz is intense and highly international. You will spend most of your time with clients, but everyone contributes to the life of the boutique. Sales, clienteling, stock, deliveries and presentation standards are a shared responsibility.
A first successful customer-facing experience, ideally in retail, fashion, premium hospitality or another environment where service and sales are central.
A genuine interest in selling, you enjoy approaching clients, understanding their needs and working towards commercial targets.
Professionalism, reliability and a hands-on attitude.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly international environment.
The ability to commit fully from 1 December 2026 to 15 April 2027, including weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods.
Previous experience in premium or luxury retail.
Additional languages suited to an international clientele.
Experience with clienteling, CRM or retail KPIs.
An interest in fashion, ski, mountain lifestyle or technical apparel.
A seasonal 100% contract from 1 December 2026 to 15 April 2027.
Product and client-experience training.
CHF 4,400 per month + bonus.
The opportunity to join Fusalp in one of the world's most iconic Alpine destinations.
The opportunity to strengthen your premium retail expertise within a growing international House.
If your profile matches the role, you will first meet our HR team before continuing the conversation with the boutique and retail management teams.
