Zusammenfassung

Swissquote Bank is seeking a Search & AI Visibility Specialist to own how we are discovered across search engines, AI platforms and app stores. You will grow qualified organic visibility and acquisition while ensuring our digital ecosystem remains technically accessible, authoritative and measurable.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will lead the discipline and roadmap, working with Marketing, Product, Content and Technology, and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of SEO experience, including ownership of technical SEO for multilingual websites.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, crawling, indexing, rendering, international SEO and site architecture.
• Strong understanding of AI search / GEO and how digital discovery is evolving.
• Experience with ASO across Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush/Ahrefs and AI visibility platforms.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL, BigQuery, scripting and AI-powered automation are valuable assets.

Job Description

As our Search & AI Visibility Specialist, you will own how Swissquote is discovered, understood and recommended across search engines, AI platforms and app stores.

Your mission is to grow qualified organic visibility and acquisition while ensuring our digital ecosystem remains technically accessible, authoritative and measurable.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will own the discipline and its roadmap, combining deep hands-on expertise with the ability to drive initiatives across Marketing, Product, Content and Technology. You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Your responsibilities

Search & AI Discovery

• Define and drive our SEO, GEO and ASO strategy across markets.
• Grow Swissquote’s visibility for strategically important products, topics and queries.
• Develop our approach to AI discovery, including content architecture, entities, structured data, citations and emerging standards.
• Experiment continuously and distinguish durable opportunities from short-term search and AI trends.

Technical Search Excellence

• Own the technical SEO health of our websites.
• Identify and resolve issues across crawling, rendering, indexing, internationalisation, structured data, site architecture and performance.
• Translate findings into clear technical requirements and work closely with development and integration teams.
• Build monitoring and alerting so critical issues are detected before they materially impact performance.

Content & Authority

• Identify content opportunities and improve existing content based on search intent, business value and performance.
• Guide internal and external teams on search and AI-friendly content creation.
• Strengthen Swissquote’s authority and machine-readable presence across the web.

App Store Growth

• Own organic visibility and conversion across Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Drive keyword strategy, metadata, localisation, creative testing and competitive monitoring.

Measurement & Influence

• Build a clear measurement framework across traditional search, AI platforms and app stores.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations and measurable business impact.
• Act as Swissquote’s internal reference for Search and AI discoverability.
• Drive initiatives across teams and influence decisions without relying on direct authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SEO experience, including senior ownership of technical SEO for large, multilingual websites.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, rendering, international SEO, structured data and site architecture.
• Strong understanding of AI search / GEO and a clear point of view on how digital discovery is evolving.
• Experience with ASO across Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Strong command of tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush/Ahrefs and AI visibility platforms.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL, BigQuery, scripting and AI-powered automation are valuable assets.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and translate between technical, marketing and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Autonomous, pragmatic, curious and strongly results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent English; French and/or German are strong assets.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or another regulated industry is a plus.
