Swatch Group is seeking a paid search specialist to help set the strategy and optimise campaigns across HQ international accounts. You will design scalable structures for 20+ subsidiaries and manage budgets across markets, coordinating with agencies and internal teams.
You will stay ahead of Google Ads developments, analyse performance in GA4, and contribute to the broader channel-mix strategy, collaborating with creative, e-commerce and web teams to improve assets and landing pages.
You will help set the paid search strategy, build and optimise campaigns, manage budgets across markets and contribute to the wider paid media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Account Management
Plan, build, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our HQ international accounts: Search, Performance Max (including Store Goals), Demand Gen, YouTube and AI Max for Search.
Design and maintain scalable multi-market account structures, naming conventions, feeds and audiences across 20+ subsidiaries.
Run ongoing bid strategy, budget pacing, search term, asset and landing page optimisation to improve incremental return, not just ROAS.
Conduct structured tests (bidding, creative, audiences, formats) and document learnings for the team and markets.
Agency Steering & Market Guidance
Manage external paid media agencies through briefs, regular check-ins, performance reviews, audits and accountability to agreed benchmarks.
Act as the Google Ads reference for local markets and their agencies, reviewing plans, sharing standards and best practices, and supporting launches.
Manage the paid search budget across campaigns, markets and product lines, ensuring effective budget pacing.
Measurement & Collaboration
Analyse performance in Google Ads, GA4 and reporting tools, delivering actionable insights to the team, markets and leadership.
Collaborate with creative partners, e-commerce and web teams to develop high-converting assets, ad copy and landing pages.
Stay ahead of Google Ads, AI bidding and automation developments and integrate relevant innovations.
Contribute to the overall channel-mix strategy, understanding how search interacts with social, programmatic, organic, CRM and retail, and challenge decisions based on business outcomes rather than channel KPIs alone.
