Zusammenfassung

DSV Air & Sea AG in Meyrin, Switzerland, is seeking a Freight Forwarder for Sea Freight. You will act as a pro-active interface between internal and external service providers, keeping tariffs up-to-date and supporting auto-posting costing to reduce manual work while maintaining accuracy and quality.

The role requires ownership for accurate order handling, high productivity and customer satisfaction within an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• SeaFreight knowledge and international transport experience.
• Strong teamwork and customer communication.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks.
• Experience with autorating processes and CW1/ERP tools.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices in CW1 or Webcost and approve them.
• Ensure correct GP (Gross Profit) calculation.
• Assist operations with customer invoicing.
• Act as escalation point for internal billing disputes.
• Liaise with freight forwarders on tariffs and rates in autoposting-costing.
• Assist with local rate maintenance.
• Address CW1 autorating issues and escalate to local key user.
• Correct internal billings.
• Initiate reposting.

Freight Forwarder Sea Freight in DSV are acting as pro-active interface between all relevant internal and external service providers.

This involves keeping and maintaining up-to-date tariffs in autorating and autoposting-costing to reduce manual effort and ensure accuracy and quality.

• Posting and approval of incoming Vendor-Invoices in Webcost or CW1
• Ensure correct calculation of GP (Gross Profit)
• Support to the operations for Customer Invoicing
• To go Person for dispute Management (internal billing)
• Point of contact for freight forwarder regarding maintenance of key account tariffs and rates in autoposting-costing
• Support for local raite maintenance
• Addressing and resolving operational issues and concerns in the CW1 autorating process and escalation to the local key user
• Correction of wrong internal billings
• Initiating reposting

• Functional know-how in SeaFreight
• Experience in an international environment
