Scanning and Mailing Officer – Fixed Term Contract 6 months

This is a 6 month maternity cover. The Scanning and Mailing Officer will be responsible for mail management within the bank.

In this role you will:

• Ensure proper scanning of documents in EDMS (Electronic Documents Management System)
• Manage distribution of incoming documents for the bank (PBRS & PBSEC) and ensure all outgoing mails are sent in due time
• Manage Return Mail in order to obtain a new client mailing address with respective Relationship Manager
• Manage all Business Audit confirmation and Credit Card / Code Pin sending process
• Ensure all bank archives are duly listed internally and stored by external provider
• Manage all controls related to Customers daily printed production in relation with our external provider
• Validate inputs performed by colleagues, ensuring the data has been treated correctly
• Adhere to bank procedures and follow instructions issued by supervisor
• Take ownership and be involved in different projects in the bank

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and first level in English
• Flexible and accountable: Open to different ideas and cultures, dependable by doing the right thing and take personal accountability and connected with our clients, providers, regulators and colleagues by demonstrating collaboration and respect
• Good knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.)

• Operate autonomously
