• Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or software).
• Proven project management skills with rollout experience.
• Strong German and English communication.
• Able to work on-site and bridge hardware and software.

Aufgaben

• Own hardware deployments and fleet onboarding end-to-end.
• Develop scalable SOPs, checklists, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate site installations and commissioning with customers.
• Manage day-to-day fleet operations and maintenance coordination.
• Collaborate with external partners and procurement.
• Analyze operational data to track KPIs and drive improvements.
• Support customer onboarding from operations side.
