Job summary
Breitling in Grenchen is seeking a Process Optimization Intern (f/m/x) for a 6-month mission. You will shape how the After-Sales Service organizes product handovers, build essential reports, and drive digital transformation across SAV processes. Fluency in French and English is a plus, with exposure to SAP/Jira and ERP systems.
The role emphasizes data-driven process mapping, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to enable faster, more reliable product support.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree from a top tier engineering or business school in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related field.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and structured problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated ability to map and analyze processes.
- Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement tools.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Structure the SAV onboarding of new products with end-to-end process mapping and a clear governance framework.
- Consolidate SAV reporting by identifying data sources and building priority reports for the teams.
- Support diverse SAV initiatives through process mapping, continuous improvement, and digital transformation.
