Job summary

Breitling in La Chaux-de-Fonds offers an internship to support the definition and deployment of a structured tooling management framework within SAP. You will ensure traceability, availability and lifecycle control of tools used in production, connect tooling to products and wear parameters, and help rationalize the portfolio with cross-functional standards.

You will work closely with methods engineers and shop-floor experts to reflect tooling data in the system, drive training, and support

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Systems or related field.
• Experience with ERP projects (SAP) and data visualization (Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and structured problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Structure tooling management by mapping families, stock traceability and lifecycle.
• Define tooling reference data and link to articles, BOMs, and routings.
• Drive deployment of a structured tooling framework within SAP and mentor stakeholders.
• Rationalize tooling portfolio and define cross-functional standards.
• Collaborate with methods engineers and shop-floor experts to reflect parameters in the system.
