Jobbeschreibung

You will be working in an international global team deploying rollouts together with our implementation partners.

You will be responsible for the realization of challenging SAP projects as part of our Global SAP team and will play a significant role in configuring and implementing TM on S/4 HANA, Decentralized TM on S/4 HANA, Embedded TM on S/4 HANA, and LE-TRA in compatibility mode on S/4 HANA.

In our global TM rollouts, you will support all phases of the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions, as well as documentation and end-user training.

You will customize TM solutions in collaboration with process experts from the business team and implement these using defined methodologies (e.g., data migration, key user training, testing, and go-live).

You will review and challenge gaps and solution design documents delivered by our partners and conduct perceived analysis.

You will work to eliminate complex legacy developments and align functionalities with standard SAP TM best practices.

You are responsible for business process analysis in cooperation with the business and will provide concepts and specifications.

You will be a key player in developing template warehousing solutions aligned with upcoming business requirements and SAP’s development roadmap, integrated into the current SAP landscape.

Your duties include 2nd and 3rd level support, change and incident management, and assisting key users.

Requirements include more than 5 years of functional consulting experience in SAP TM on S/4 HANA, with at least 2 full cycle end-to-end implementations and rollouts, and over 10 years of SAP experience.

You should have gathered TM requirements, prepared functional specifications, supported integration testing, executed data migration, and provided user training during TM implementations and rollouts.

Technical expertise in TM ABAP (enterprise services, debugging, classes), extensive knowledge of internal/external interfaces (XML, IDocs, etc.), and deep understanding of order-to-cash processes are essential.

You should be capable of architecting, designing, and implementing complex configuration management solutions for all TM scenarios, including integration with SD, EWM, and GTS. Experience with GTS and EWM is a plus.

Basic knowledge of ABAP/ABAP OO (reading/debugging) is desirable.

The ideal candidate is action-oriented, results-driven, understands customer and end-user needs, and is committed to exceeding expectations.

Willingness to travel up to 30-40%, fluency in English, and proficiency in German and/or Spanish are advantageous.
