Job summary

Lonza Group AG is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to provide critical SAP-based support on-site at our Stein facility. You will maintain demand data, assist daily operations, and handle administrative tasks across the supply chain to keep production schedules aligned with clinical and commercial needs.

The role requires strong SAP skills, proficiency in Microsoft Access, and fluent English. This is a 6-month contingent assignment located in Switzerland, offering an agile, inclusive work

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative, data entry, or operational support roles utilizing SAP systems.
• Strong proficiency with SAP modules and Microsoft Office applications (including Access).
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to track operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update SAP demand data for both clinical and commercial business lines to support uninterrupted production schedules.
• Support the broader Supply Chain team with daily operational activities and administrative tasks across the site.
• Create, process, and maintain Free of Charge (FOC) process orders accurately within system guidelines.
• Maintain and audit Bills of Materials (BOMs) across SAP system modules and Microsoft Access databases.
• Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly operational meetings by gathering, compiling, and presenting key data inputs.
• Act as a key administrative liaison to ensure data integrity and cross-functional alignment across supply chain execution.
