Yolk Recruitment Ltd in Zürich is seeking a Senior Test Manager to define and own the end-to-end testing capability across a complex ERP/CRM transformation. You will lead testing strategy, governance, tooling and delivery across SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Salesforce ecosystems.

The role requires building testing functions from scratch, driving automation and establishing mature testing practices across multi-system integrations with SAP and Salesforce partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in test management and governance.
• Proven track record establishing enterprise-wide testing functions.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programme experience.
• Salesforce ecosystem testing experience.
• Experience across Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Field Service.
• Deep understanding of SAP–Salesforce integration testing.
• Demonstrable test automation strategy and implementation experience.
• Experience selecting and implementing testing tools/frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation programmes.

Senior Test Manager (Permanent)

This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and establishing the end-to-end testing capability across a complex enterprise transformation programme. The successful candidate will own testing strategy, governance, methodologies, tooling and delivery across an integrated ecosystem centred around SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Salesforce platforms.

The role appears to be at the early build stage, with groundwork having been started by a contractor, but significant implementation work still required. It would suit someone who has previously built testing functions, frameworks and automation strategies from scratch within large-scale ERP and CRM transformation programmes.

• Experience across:

  • Salesforce Field Service
• Deep understanding of integration testing between SAP and Salesforce.
• Demonstrable test automation strategy and implementation experience.
• Experience selecting and implementing testing tools/frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation programmes.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in multi-country deployments.
• SAP Activate or equivalent delivery methodology exposure.
• Experience with automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Selenium or similar.
• Background building Testing Centres of Excellence.
• Experience within regulated or complex enterprise environments
