CNT Management Consulting AG in Zürich, CH is seeking a (Senior) SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project Manager. Hybrid work model with 100% flexible time and location options. Lead national and international SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects focused on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, team leadership, and pre-sales activities. Fluent German and English are required; willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience managing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with PMI/IPMA/Prince2 frameworks and agile methods (SCRUM).
• Willingness to travel.
• Business fluency in German and English.

Your Responsibilities:

Leading, planning, and overseeing national and international SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects

Ensuring project success by focusing on customer satisfaction and achieving profitability goals

Creating and maintaining schedules and budgets, including detailed project cost calculations

Ensuring the quality of project team performance, monitoring capacity utilization, and guaranteeing first‑class project execution

Actively collaborating within our competence teams to drive innovation and best practices

Taking responsibility for pre‑sales activities, including solution design and customer interaction

Mentoring and leading young professionals as well as providing technical guidance to consultants

Continuously developing hard and soft skills to ensure team growth and expertise

Your Profile:

Several years of experience in managing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects, including hands‑on expertise in an SAP Line of Business (LoB)

Deep understanding of integration processes and profound knowledge of the SAP system landscape

Independent, customer‑oriented, and solution‑driven working style with a strong interest in new technologies

Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology

Experience with additional project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, IPMA, or Prince2) and strong interest in agile methods (e.g., SCRUM)

High flexibility and willingness to travel as needed

Business fluency in German and English
