Jobbeschreibung

• You are responsible for the management and optimization of our SAP Master Data processes across the organization
• Be the technical expert and the owner of our master data tools (SAP migration cockpit, LSMW, MDG-M, MDG-S) - permanently improve the tools based on latest technology and innovations
• Use your SQL skills to own and improve the internal master data tool for quality checks
• Optimize the existing Data Governance strategy together with the Global Process Owner Master Data Management to ensure data accuracy, completeness, stewardship, consistency and accountability
• Manage and guide the SAP Master Data team to be recognized as a business partner promoting efficiency and enable profitable business growth
• Demonstrate ownership of data integration, maintenance, the workflow of the data as well as data quality
• Drive the IT system enhancements and new technologies to automate and improve efficiency of Master Data / Data Governance processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP Master Data Management, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovations
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, with a proven track record of successfully leading MDM initiatives
• Strong knowledge and technical expertise of SAP Master Data Management tools, processes, and data governance principles
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and mentoring a master data team
• Ability to define project plans, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery of master data solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, understand complex data models and business processes and have the ability to develop innovative solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Have a mindset to drive innovation and change
• Readiness to travel up to 10 - 20%
• Fluent in English, German is a big advantage
